Maine Judo is an organization dedicated to teaching Kodakan judo, with dojo (practice facility) loactions in Sabattus and Oxford Maine. Judo is not only self-defense and a martial art, judo is also an Olympic sport.
Our membership includes recreational and competitive judokas of all ages, shapes, colors and sizes.

A dynamic, heart pounding, real life active learning demonstration class for women to learn the art of protecting themselves. Led by Judo Sensei Michelle Fleury and a handful of trained volunteers. This class will leave you feeling empowered and in charge of your personal wellbeing.
Ages 14+ are welcome. Space is limited to 15 participants. Must prepay to hold your spot.
$20 per person, $30 for mother/daughter combo, $15 for age 60+
We have people on the mat from age 18 to 64. Whether its getting back in health, learning judo for self-defence, or coming back into the Olympic game of Judo,we'll help you return or we'll start you learning the ( Gentle Way ) from the beginning.
Our certified USJA , IJF. Instructors are here to help with establishing old rank. If you're a traveling Judoka and looking for a workout, we are 7 minutes off interstate 95, Exit 86. Schedule to the left.
